Last week, we had the honor to have Naudi Aguilar from Functional Patterns in Antwerp.
We’d love to say that we took time to publish this blog report after rest had returned at Move to Cure. Nope! We keep going. Like we always do…
A little introduction for the people who don’t know Naudi Aguilar: in 2006 he started his personal training career in San Diego. At that time his obsessive pursuit to understand the human body started. He created the Functional Patterns method: it’s like an intention to give relevant information on how to balance yourself within the confines of what nature allows. Naudi is convinced that there are efficient ways to compensate our cultural inefficiencies to bring back balance to our health.
And that’s what we experienced during his 5-days course at Move to Cure. It’s not possible to share al details of the course, but this compilation should give you a glimpse of 5 days hard work, focussing on self miofascial release (SMR), posture control, pelvic shifting and tilling…
Naudi might come back to Antwerp in the future, so stay tuned!
